• When someone calls, it should make a real-time query in the CRM-database and display the contact details on the client (notebook) as a notification.
• The contact details can also be sent by mail to another employee.

Technical: A call comes in on the client (notebook). The Electron application makes a request to the Node.js application on the server to get and display the caller’s details.
